Sheryl Roush is President/CEO of Sparkle Presentations, Inc., an international speaking and training organization based in San Diego, California. A Professional Member of the National Speakers Association for 20 years, she received Medmber of the Year from two Chapters. As a speaker, she has presented over 3,000 seminars in nine countries, and spoken on programs alongside Olivia Newton-John, Suze Orman, closed for Geena Davis and opened for Marie Osmond. As an entrepreneur, she has created eight businesses since age 16, all in the communications field. As an author, she is a 13-time published author of inspiration and business books, including Heart of a Woman in Business and Solid Gold Newsletter Design. Highly accomplished, she was the third woman (and the youngest) in the world to earn the elite Accredited Speaker designation from Toastmasters International for outstanding platform professionalism (of 4.3 million members). She was presented with the International President's Citation from Toastmasters in 2009, selected from 253,000 members in 113 countries, for enhancing global communication and leadership.

Saresa Pleasant




Saresa Pleasant is a University of Baltimore alumna and government administrative professional who loves to mentor young adults and set positive examples by leading others.  She is an active member of two Toastmasters clubs and recently found a different outlet to assist women as a result of her community service outreach.  Saresa has been a volunteer for Dress for Success since September 2009 and the staff has already recognized her with an Outstanding Service award for going above and beyond her call of duty.  The mission of the Dress for Success organization is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.  She has witnessed the joy and gratitude of the women who’s lives has been changed with acts of kindness by women they never met.  For more information on how you can get involved with Dress for Success or donate business attire, please visit www.dressforsuccess.org or email Saresa at saresapleasant@gmail.com.
