Richard Esono Akwo was born in Kumba Cameroon and came to America with his parents when he was 13 years old.
In 2007 Rich endured great financial difficulty which left him on the verge of being homeless. After a conversation with a homeless man, Rich was inspired to not let his current circumstances hinder him from being successful. He was fueled with a vision that would lead him to fulfill his passion.
Currently Rich is President and COO of Nuvison Group, LLC which is the parent company of Nuvision Cleaning Systems- a successful residential and commercial cleaning company, and President/ Founder /Chief Optimist of ALL IS WELL INSPIRE, LLC.–an inspirational company that seeks to empower and give people hope and optimism. Rich enjoys giving to the homeless and to those who are less fortunate and has established the All Is Well foundation so that the company is continually involved in community outreach projects and makes it a priority to help those in need.
Rich is a God fearing man and attributes his success to God. He resides in Baltimore Maryland with his wife Erika who is his greatest supporter and #1 fan.
